Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in classes at AHDC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General Information
1.1 Classes are held at Melton Sports Village and John Ferneley Collage, Melton Mowbray.
1.2 AHDC reserves the right to adjust class schedules, teachers, or content when necessary.
1.3 By attending classes, you consent to abide by AHDC’s policies and respect all staff, students, and the facilities.
2. Enrolment and Fees
2.1 Payment must be made monthly in advance via bank transfer or other agreed methods.
2.2 Discounts (e.g., sibling or multi-class) must be confirmed with AHDC during enrolment.
2.3 Missed classes will not be refunded. Make-up classes may be offered at AHDC’s discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
2.4 If you choose to quit classes mid-month, any fees already paid will not be refunded.
3. Class Rules
3.1 Students must wear appropriate dance/gymnastics attire, as specified by their class teacher.
3.2 Jewellery must not be worn during classes to ensure safety.
3.3 Punctuality is required; late arrivals may not be allowed to participate for safety reasons.
3.4 Disruptive or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
4. Health and Safety
4.1 Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect participation.
4.2 AHDC staff are first-aid trained but are not liable for pre-existing injuries or conditions.
4.3 Parents/guardians of younger students must ensure their child is collected promptly after classes.
4.4 AHDC reserves the right to stop a student’s participation if their safety or the safety of others is compromised.
5. Media Consent
5.1 By enrolling, you consent to AHDC using photos or videos of classes, performances, or events for marketing purposes (social media, website, promotional materials).
5.2 If you do not wish your child to be photographed or filmed, please notify AHDC in writing at ashleyhamiltondancecompany@gmail.com.
6. Performances and Events
6.1 Participation in performances is optional, and students will only be involved if they opt in.
6.2 Additional fees (e.g., costumes, tickets) may apply for performances and events.
7. Liability
7.1 AHDC is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
7.2 AHDC is not liable for accidents or injuries that occur outside the scope of proper class instruction or caused by student negligence.
8. Communication
8.1 AHDC communicates primarily via WhatsApp group chats, email, and announcements on our website at ashleyhamiltondance.com.
8.2 Parents/guardians are responsible for staying updated with announcements and changes.
9. Amendments
9.1 AHDC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated versions will be shared via email and made available on our website.
