What classes do you offer?

We offer a wide range of classes for all ages and abilities, including Contemporary, Commercial, Street Dance, Tap, Ballet, Gymnastics/Acro, Musical Theatre, Cheer, Adult classes and our Elite teams. You can view the full timetable on our website.

How do I book a free trial?

You can book a free trial by visiting www.ashleyhamiltondance.com and selecting the class you’d like to try.

Do you have an age limit?

We take dancers from age 2+ through to adults. Each class is clearly labelled by age group.

How does payment work?

All classes are paid monthly. This keeps things simple, consistent and ensures your child’s space is secured.

Are refunds given for missed classes?

Once payment is made, it is non-refundable. Refunds for illness may be considered but are not guaranteed and are at Evie’s discretion.

What if we go on holiday?

Payments still continue to keep your child’s space in the class. This keeps it fair for all dancers, as many families continue to pay even when they are away.

Do you offer payment plans?

We do not currently offer payment plans. All fees must be paid in full by the due date.

What is your late fee policy?

Late fees are £2 per day for overdue invoices.

Is uniform required?

Yes. AHDC uniform is compulsory for all dancers to maintain professionalism and unity within the studio. The AHDC t-shirt must be purchased at enrolment.

How do I order uniform or merchandise?

All uniform and merch can be purchased directly through our website. We also run sales throughout the year.

How early can we arrive before class?

Please do not enter the studio earlier than 15 minutes before your class. The studio doors will be locked until quarter to, as the team are preparing the space and holding meetings. Please wait in your car until the doors open.

Where is the studio located?

Ashley Hamilton Dance Company Studio, Thorpe Road, Melton Mowbray, LE13 1SF.

Where should we park?

Please park considerately outside of the AHDC studio. There is plenty of free parking.

Can parents stay and watch?

To maintain a focused learning environment, classes are closed to parents. We do share videos and photos on our social media platforms so you can see your child’s progress.

Do you offer private lessons?

Yes. We offer weekly, fortnightly and monthly private lessons. Spaces are limited, so please message us to check availability.

What should my child bring to class?

Please bring water, wear AHDC uniform, ensure hair is tied back, and label all belongings.

Do you have lost property?

Yes. Lost property is located behind reception. Please check regularly, as items (especially water bottles) build up quickly.
